What kind of whisky do you send?
All of our pouches are filled with Single Malt whisky. We never send the same whisky twice, and with over 100 malt distilleries in Scotland alone to choose from (some of them producing dozens of expressions) we only send the best.
When will my whisky be sent?
All whisky is sent on the 5th of each month. If the 5th falls on a weekend we'll ship on the following Monday. The cut-off date for subscriptions is the last day of the preceding month. You'll know the day we ship, because we'll send you a juicy email with all the details of the current month's drop (this is not the same as your subscription confirmation email).
How long does it take for my whisky to arrive?
We ship using Royal Mail 2nd class. The shipping time will vary depending on where you are geographically, but normally it takes 2 to 5 working days.
My whisky hasn't turned up. What should I do?
Panic! No, don't. If a week has passed since we emailed you shipping notification and you've still not received your pouch, please get in touch with us by email with your subscription details and confirmation of the dram you are missing. We can then contact Royal Mail and see what the hold up is. If necessary we will send you a replacement pouch. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
My whisky has turned up damaged. Now what?
If, in the rare instance, your whisky arrives damaged, please get in touch with us by email with your subscription details and a photo if possible, as this is always helpful in speeding up the resolution. We will send you a replacement pouch as soon as possible and always aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
:-| You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime via your Whisky-Me account page. Simply login to your account area here to do so.
How can I update my email / postal address?
If you need to update any personal details you can do this anytime via your Whisky-Me account page. Simply login here to do so. We process all deliveries at the end of each month, so if your postal address has changed we will need to know your new details before the end of the month so that the following month's whisky is delivered to the correct place.
​Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the UK, however we know there are whisky lovers everywhere and we’re currently looking into opportunities to grow. Keep an eye out on social for any announcements or drop us an email to register your interest.
